Our first ever release from Finca Sophia. This is a special release for us, to have the opportunity to share an exceptional Gesha from one of Panama’s most established producers.

The cherries for this lot were harvested from Estacion at 2090masl on 10 April 2025, carefully washed and meticulously selected. They were then dried on African beds for 17 days until 17% humidity, and finally transferred to the darkroom to achieve a stable moisture content of 10.5%.
