This coffee is another fantastic collaborative effort between Janson Coffee Farms and Catur Coffee Company.
This Janson Green-tip Gesha was processed with Catur yeast inoculants with a combination of Senja (Anaerobic Honey) and Kamala (Anaerobic Natural) profiles. Senja means sunset in Sanskrit; this deep and complex fruit forward taste profile signifies the stages of a sunset. Kamala, which means lotus/pale red in Sanskrit, represents the potential of what Indonesian coffees could be, with flavours that are out of this world. After many trials, the collective decision to combine both Senja and Kamala for this particular lot of gesha resulted in a taste profile that is greater than the sum of its parts.
