Edier leads Asocafe Tatama association in Santuario, Risaralda. He has been in charge of selling the association coffee for over 4 years. This is Edier's first Natural CM process.
Grown by Edier Ramos at Finca Los Jazminez, located right next to Tatama volcano in Santuario, Risaralda. This coffee is picked and hand sorted by Edier and his family. Cherries were then placed inside GrainPro bags for 48 hours adding CO2 and left to dry on the raised bed until ideal moisture content was achieved (about 22 days).
